In case of a car accident

In the event of an accident, the driver must notify our company immediately where the incident took place. Our 24-hour emergency line is printed on the top of every rental contract. If another vehicle is involved, you must NOT move the vehicle and call our HELP LINE. Failure to follow these instructions may invalidate the insurance.

Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence and the charge is due the customer.

For the length of the rental period, you have the benefit, at no extra cost, of a 24 hour- Breakdown and Assistance Service. If required, this service can be contacted by calling the telephone number indicated on the rental agreement depending on which city you need assistance. In order to benefit from this cover, the customer must make contact if needed with the Breakdown Assistance Service immediately after the occurrence of an incident.
